2. Shipping Timelines

Standard delivery time is 5–8 working days from the date of dispatch.

Working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after the daily cut‑off time or during sales/festive periods may take slightly longer to process and ship.
3. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via WhatsApp/Email/SMS (as applicable) with basic tracking details, if available.
4. Delivery Areas

Currently, Petrocrib ships within India only.

If your pin code is unserviceable by our courier partners, we may cancel the order and initiate a refund or request an alternate address.
5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout before you make the payment.

Any special free shipping offers or discounts will be mentioned on our website / social media pages from time to time.
6. Delays and Exceptions

Petrocrib will not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, but we will try to support you with courier follow‑ups as far as possible.
7. Address & Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and active mobile number.

If an order is returned to us due to:

Incorrect / incomplete address, or

Repeated delivery attempts failed due to customer unavailability
reshipping charges may be applicable for sending the order again.

8. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will share the tracking link or AWB number through your registered contact details.

Tracking information may take 24 hours to get updated on the courier’s system.
9. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If the parcel appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please:

Refuse to accept the parcel, and

Immediately inform us with order details and photos of the package.

If you accept a damaged parcel, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video (if available) so we can review and assist.
